Amazon Prime Day sale reportedly planned for June 21 and 22 Leave a comment

Amazon Prime Day officially runs from June 21 through June 22 this year, rather than its usual July time slot. Despite that official start date being a week away, Amazon has already kickstarted the sale with some new deals that hit this morning, including some of the best prices we’ve seen on some of Amazon’s more exotic products (along with a few favorites): Based on our research, the Echo Dot, Echo Show 5 (first-gen), Echo Buds (2nd-gen) and Luna Controller are all hitting (or returning to) their lowest prices ever. Note that you’ll need to be a Prime member to take advantage of most of these deals.

Before we dive into those, take note that other retailers, including Walmart and Target, have announced competing sales. Although those stores aren’t likely to rival Amazon when it comes to Amazon gear (Echo devices, Fire TV streamers and the like), you should definitely plan to see what they’re offering. Best Buy, for example, often serves up some Black Friday-caliber TV deals.
