    Need to return an item? No problem we have a number of options for you to choose from. Before you do we would ask you to read our returns policy to make sure your item is returnable. To return an item just log onto My Account and follow the instructions on the Returns tab. When packaging up your return please make sure you include all of the parts in the parcel and for the environment where possible try using the packaging we sent you.

    Max Weight Limit: Unlimited Weight

    Service: Fast, convenient and great if you're out all day or not busy. Drop your big and bulky item at our office location, we are open 5 days a week. Find out more.

    DHL Express

    Max Weight Limit: 2KG

    Service: Return small items weighing up to 2KG via DHL Express. All charges incur during this process is settled by the customer.

     

    Home Collection

    Charge:

    Max Weight Limit: 2KG

    Service: Have our courier service come and collect those small items. Arrange a collection via My Account. Please note, you will be able to select a collection date but not a specific time slot. Any items exceeding the weight limit will incur extra charge.
